Pros
-Work from home -Supplies Computer and Headset
Cons
-Training is very vague and conducted by trainers who love to mention their drinking issues which is very distracting and not very professional and awkward. -Final test with few questions that where actually covered in training. -2nd Trainer who talked down the first trainer who set me up for failure due to contradictory and misleading training in preparation for Tests. -Hours for final "work schedule where scattered and they could change on you weekly in less that 24 hours, "you must check your schedule daily even after it was posted" This is not only unprofessional but it creates a hostile work environment. - Albeit hours are based on need and call volumes but not guaranteed as we where informed on last day of training. This is a very dangerous assignment to take if your a student or a parent on a schedule, if your a loner with no commitments, social life prior to your employment you should do fine. -To many websites that are not linked on one great main portal to keep confusion down. You have to request time off one one site, check for the latest updates on another, study articles on another, give away or accept shifts on another etc. This is very, very confusing and also very unprofessional. -By the end of training I have saved over 100 different links and notes that it took time to arrange them in a concise and understandable manner.
