Pros
They send you the equipment. good pay . Paid weekly
Cons
Youre given atleast 2 or 3 chats at a time. You must reply to each chat within 2 minutes of each other. Youre chats are monitored and youre graded aka your metrics . It's a surprise if you actually pass their rediculous guidelines for a chat. Not enough time to find the solution for the customer before they get irritated because your not giving them instant answers and you have to solve their issue within 30 or so minutes or less or you will get dinged . By the time you say hello to each customer It's time to go back and respond to the first customer again and you haven't even had a chance to look anything up. . You have really no time to research 3 different problems at once. And as soon as one chat is over a new one is beginning. It's impossible to focus on one customer at a time and really help them with their issue. If Customers are not happy with their product and leave negative feedback even if it had nothing to do with their interaction with you, it automatically reflects negatively on you. It takes upwards of 9 or more positive reviews to erase one bad one. After initial training youre dumped ijnto 2 or 3 chats instantly and if you need help you're pretty much on your own and, if you leave the company you can't come back to the program ever and if you move from assisting with iphone to mac there is no going back. I left work in tears many times from the stress. Good money but not worth the headache
