This is how they do not pay your for technical resolution and technical troubleshooting steps that you will use. High pressure environment Calls coming in every 15 - 30 seconds 20 minutes of offline per day to be used for research, emailing, completing notes - that does not work! Crashing software that leaves you with unsaved notes No real time to investigate issues Pressure cooker until you start getting written up or laid off What you read in the other reviews are correct! Use this job as a stepping stone and save your money so that you can quit or be prepared for layoff or fired for an unexpected reason!
