manager is not good, someone that is insensitive to employees by not filtering his words. Worst of all, he is somebody who is not well respected in team. He implemented a lot of strict rules but does not comply to them himself.
How do you expect your team members to follow through or respect a leader who never walk the talk?
Whats the point of having a manager who only criticise and talk down to people?

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
