I’m reading lots of stories of how larger agencies are treating staff badly during Lockdown.
I’m really proud that Kelly has - from the start - put all its energy into protecting as many jobs as possible for staff and temps. There have been no redundancies and only limited use of the furlough scheme where absolutely necessary.
The whole team is pulling together into one Kelly family to get through this together.

Flexible work schedule during the week and the ability to plan based on teachers putting in PTO and putting it on the calendar. The use of the computer to select dates of employment and to put in timecard information is intuitive. Having an app to look at when not at a computer to see job opportunities is also convenient. Communication from Kelly is awesome.
Cons
Schools not needing substitutes during the summer break. Not knowing what number Kelly is contacting me from for short notice opportunities.

Pros
Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
Cons
There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
