      Pros

      The position had a great starting wage.

      Cons

      You are treated like another number, They will place you at a job and set and forget. They get a bonus for setting a person at an employer. I was placed at a LARGE Health Company and it was the most unorganized place and it became a hostile work environment. I tried calling several times to my rep. Person was unable to return my calls.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule during the week and the ability to plan based on teachers putting in PTO and putting it on the calendar. The use of the computer to select dates of employment and to put in timecard information is intuitive. Having an app to look at when not at a computer to see job opportunities is also convenient. Communication from Kelly is awesome.

      Cons

      Schools not needing substitutes during the summer break. Not knowing what number Kelly is contacting me from for short notice opportunities.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
