Pros
The staff that I dealt with was very helpful and they were constantly trying to figure out how to help make my experience better. They were reasonably prompt in returning phone calls and they made sure that I understood all aspects of the assignment before sending me out.
Cons
I had to be the one to constantly call to get the job assignment. They were a little disorganized when it came to figuring out how to process my background and employment history. I had to call offices all over the country before I was finally able to get ahold of someone that knew how to help me and get me started. It eventually ended up in me not getting the shift I was told I would be getting which affected my pay and my ability to take care of personal issues.
