Pros
They allow you to get a lot of overtime hours in right after a launch so you have potential to make a whole lot of money. You get the opportunity to work from home which is nice for people that have children or no vehicle or just really don't like to get out much. The pay is a little less than the average call center and that is probably because you're working from home. Your team leads are so hands on and are really there to help you succeed in whatever you want to do.
Cons
No life outside of this job, you are going to work holidays, they will fire you based on performance do to customer surveys
