Pros
One of the three team leads that I had while I was there were amazing! She listened to her team, helped when we needed it, and always had our backs. Flexible schedules somewhat. Ability to move up.
Cons
Communication! Laid off over 300 people without any sort of notice right before the holidays. Also cut many people hours without notice. Nobody ever explained what was going on to the agents. Also there were a couple of very nasty team leads. Very rude and inconsiderate to all the agents. Low pay.
