Pros
Better pay than other companies, and good incentives every few months
Cons
One of the worst work environments. Managers are supportive; however, the work is very stressful. The time between 2 calls is barely 10 seconds. Customers are racist, abusive, and angry all the time. You cannot catch a break for 8 hours straight. Sometimes you are not even shown how to fix a problem and have to make up stuff. Basically, customers are angry, and they want an answer or a solution but you can't provide it since you don't have an answer or a solution yourself. Customers want a refund but you don't have the authority to provide one so for the entire call you just have to apologize. Would never work here again
