Pros
Hourly rate not too bad.
Cons
This company puts its best effort into messing up interpreters' work hours. They'll do their absolute best to not let their interpreters fill up their hours. Not to mention denying PAID break time in the time sheet for whatever reason. Someone in the scheduling department made a mistake and my weekly hour was reduced down to 28 hours instead of 40, despite being a full-time employee. They only apologized with words, absolute zero compensation given for their mistake. This really messed up my hour and pay the next 3 months. Recruiters are either lying or given wrong information from their supervisors. Most likely, you'll be interpreting for older people. This puts extra toll on your mental health.
