Pros
Working from home means no sharing bathrooms or kitchens or daycare germs with strangers. If you're a self starter and like having a metric to adhere to to know you're doing well, this is definitely for you.
Cons
If your network goes down you don't get paid but you're still expected to stick around and work on the problem with the help desk. If the problem goes on for weeks your paychecks get THIN. At one point I was having 10-20 hours clawed back some weeks.
