Pros
Ability to work remote Co-workers are great to work with and great team players. Great sales people with years of experience and top talent
Cons
If you socialize with the VP on a daily basis you can get to the top by throwing others under the bus. HR does not have hold upper management accountable for their behaviors. Management does not get involved with client until there are major issues even though they have been brought to their attention. Promotions are all about who you know.
