Management team is lean and open for discussion with all levels of employees. People that are driven would definitely see growth opportunities. Work culture is great with emphasis on team work and on the job cross training.
Cons
Company does not have a strong HR team for employee engagement initiatives and overall the company is quite reactive instead of being proactive.
