Starts you as a contractor. Couldn't get my paychecks right and their payroll department is set up to favor employees. If you follow the process on the intranet to get pay corrected, they never react or respond to you. Had to escalate to my manager and that is how I found out that contractors have a hidden separate process for contractors. You are an HR company. When the HR Rep for the team changes, why wouldn't they notify employees at all? You shouldn't have to go through your manager for HR contact info.
