No work-life balance - Manager KellyOCG Employee Review

Overworked, unpaid, poor management (in over a decade only 1 manager was great), the others were not suited for managing people or workload. They were all out for themselves (multiple managers over the time I was there). Top level leadership is too far removed from the day to day workers. I did not find woman in leadership who cared about helping other women, mostly all out for themselves.
