Kemper offers an opportunity to be part of something growing like wildfire. The landscape of the company changes every week creating upward mobility for employees seeking to grow with the organization. Alongside of the tremendous growth, Kemper also offer the ability to make an impact on the business. The leaders seek direction from their employees in helping understand the lay of the land while also providing guidance in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Cons
While I am very happy with Kemper, I would advise that with growth comes opportunity. The organization is growing so quickly that it can sometimes be difficult to align all of the pieces of a process at the same time. Good problems to have, but problems none the less.
