Pros
Kemper is a large company with a "family culture". I'm so appreciative of the collaborative nature of our department, and the cross-functional departments we work closely with. Our executive team leads by example. They show their appreciation to us, and, our company is incredible supportive of our communities.
Cons
I have nothing negative to mention. As a sales person, I'm anxious to return to the field, but I totally understand and respect the process we are taking.
