Working for Kemper is positive in the fact that the compensation is adequate, all necessary equipment is provided, and currently most positions are remote
Cons
They have an extremely high turnover rate due to lack of proper management and unreasonable expectations. The treatment of employees is very poor to the point where during the beginning of the COVID pandemic I was forced to work in the office 2 weeks past the official remote start date
