Company was not licensing a majority of their express adjuster's in the state of Florida and reassigned all Florida claims that were assigned to the unlicensed adjusters to 7 licensed adjusters. They would not turn you off from receiving new claims which they wanted you to primarily focus on by providing same day contact. It was an impossible mountain of work that would not realistically get done since the cycle was never ending. Also they penalize you if customers do not answer their phone. Your raises are dependent on if you successfully get in contact with people on your claims.
