      Pay, benefits and 401k, and the loyalty that the company has for its employees.

      Cons

      Since it is a smaller company there is lower percent of money on the marketing side of the house for life and health.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
