      It's an encouraging environment. The people love to help one another. Very relax environment to be a call center. Benefits are good.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
