      Pros

      Kemper provides very good benefits. 401k, healthcare plans, vision plans and dental plans. I especially like their PTO and holiday schedule. MLK day is one of the holidays that is paid. They also have great advancement career opportunities.

      Cons

      When I first started I didn't like the work schedule.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
