Pros

The benefits are good and they are semi-flexible, they handled the transition for covid as well as they could.

Cons

A lot of workflow changes that have allowed the company to save money and reassign workforce. That workload is being picked up by claims reps. Make sure you ask questions about day to day and your overall involvement in the claims process. The transition to coming back to the office have been all over the place and each manager seems to be able to set their own criteria.

Pros

The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

Cons

VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
