Company is blatant with mistreating people - Auto Adjuster Kemper Employee Review

Not a very good work culture. I’ve come to distrust the company. I understand cutting expenses/saving money but when management takes that initiative on their employees it feels like a betrayal. A lot of burdens from the company cutting resources and not being staffed appropriately fall to the employees, and then if performance isn’t great because you were overloaded, they are still very critical. No bonus. They switched employees from hourly to salary to get out of paying OT. Even if your metrics are outstanding you will fall to some arbitrary 1-4% increase. Stressful nature of the job too.
