      Pros

      Great people! The attorneys, paralegals, and admins of the Texas staff counsel office are fantastic people to work with day in and day out. Challenging and diverse cases. With enough volume to never be concerned about what you'll be doing next. But no issues with leaving the job "at the office" at the end of the day. Remote work that really works!

      Requires time management skills and eagerness to be busy during the day.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
