      Flexibility in work schedule, weekly paychecks

      Cons

      It totally takes over your life, dangerous in field cash collection, agent is penalized when customers dont pay their bills, enormous wear and tar on your body and vehicle, most managers have suffered stroke or heart attack. The company rips off customers and employees who leave the company alike.
