      Kemper is a great company to work, they give you the tools and necessary training to grow and advance in your career. Excellent benefits as well.

      Cons

      In my opinion I don't see any downsides in working for Kemper.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
