Ken Garff Automotive Group Response

Thank you for the review. We actively search in and outside of our industry to find the best talent and minds to help us be better at taking care of our employees and customers. We believe we can and MUST learn from groups and companies who have mastered service. Reinventing the wheel is likely the authors attempt to describe change. Change toward honesty, trust and efficiency are what the public is asking of us and a wise company responds to its customers. The Garff family is a 3rd generation ownership group who understand the business completely and are determined to be the most esteemed auto group in America. We compare ourselves against the top 12-15 privately held auto groups. Each year we compare our benefits to those groups. We are top 3 to 5 in virtually every category of benefit. The few exceptions to that rule are currently being scrutinized to improve them. In fact, this year we have assembled benefit committees made up of employees to ensure we remain a "best in industry" company. Our ultimate goal is to be competitive across any industry. We appreciate the candid feedback and the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
