Pros

Good coworkers. A lot of hardworking people who genuinely care and help each other out.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. Not competitive and not worth what’s expected from employees. Pay increases and bonuses feel skewed toward the same people every year. Hard work doesn’t always matter. Marketing leadership is weak. There is no real mentorship or guidance, communication is poor, and leadership can be rude and disrespectful, The main marketing leader always thinks he’s right and doesn’t respect other opinions or ideas. Feedback isn’t welcomed, and decisions feel one-sided. The culture in the department is rough. Employees are expected to work long hours. Leadership talks about work-life balance and family values but doesn’t act on it. Flexibility has completely gone away. Notice the many new positions available and take that as a sign. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism. Who you know matters more than how hard you work. The company says it supports inclusivity and women in leadership, but it feels like talk only. The direction has clearly changed.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
