Ken Garff Automotive Group Response

Thanks for responding. Although our benefits rank near the top of our industry, we recognize that employees value different things. We have organized benefit committees to help us understand what employees value and do not. Everyone appreciates that that cost of benefits of skyrocketed lately. That is both employee and employer cost. To that end, it is vital that we, to the best of our ability, allocate limited resources to the programs and benefits that matter most to employees. Every organization could improve their training and we are no exception. We have a strong commitment to this endeavor and have changed our structure, creating more regional support to address local needs and provide resources on a more local level. Attitude is the one thing we can control as individuals and it is also the one thing that we can change pretty quickly. We engage our employee base at least monthly to celebrate them and their achievements. We hope all of our employees will recognize their important role to be an example of the kind of attitude they wish to see in others.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
