Pros

The Corporate office has set up some good things. Vacations , Insurance , 501, CLC, EEC, Xmas match, etc

Cons

The Corporate office leaves the Individual stores General Mangers to run the stores how ever they see fit right or wrong and talk to the employee how ever they want with no care on how the person feels. They don't want to listen to anybody but themselves and only go by the numbers and how much money they can line there pockets and make themselves look good for the Big Boss who most of the time is a good close friend. CLC is a joke by the mangers the sheet comes off once a month and then gets put back on just to satisfy the Corp office . And EEC what ever happen to Caring for the employee. Having almost every employee work every Sat or the entire weekend. If you have a family you will never get that time back. There is no caring from the manger except his numbers. There is no push for training no pay raises when you get a yearly review and a cost of living increase is unheard of.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
