Thanks for the feedback. We try to keep it fun and recognize our employees. We try to review and update our handbook each year which is a best practice recommendation. Occasionally the laws change which necessitates a change in policy. We are excited this year to roll out a new internal brand focused around treating people RIGHT. Respect, Intelligence, Greatness, Honesty, and Teamwork. We believe this enhanced focus is what our employees expect and our customers appreciate. The focus of our Every Employee Counts meeting this month is ergonomics. We hear you.
