Awesome benefits package, flexibile with hours you can work, they recognize everyones birthday and lots of free food and prizes for different events

Cons

Micromanagement and the rules are constantly changing. They need more ergonomic phones and chairs for their employees.

Thanks for the feedback. We try to keep it fun and recognize our employees. We try to review and update our handbook each year which is a best practice recommendation. Occasionally the laws change which necessitates a change in policy. We are excited this year to roll out a new internal brand focused around treating people RIGHT. Respect, Intelligence, Greatness, Honesty, and Teamwork. We believe this enhanced focus is what our employees expect and our customers appreciate. Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
