Pros

Flexible hours and get to deal with cars. Lots of different locations to fit your needs with regards to location. Commission is ok for the job.

Cons

High pressure, no loyalty, disposable at times. All they care about is the end dollar and not the employee. They do listen to customers, don't give a lot of care towards their employees.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
