Great people to work with. The pay can be good depending on how well you manage your time and productivity. Good benefits. Corporate seems to care about the employees.

Cons

Constantly changing pay scales. Managers can be self centered and will quickly throw you under the bus to cover for themselves.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
