Pros

If the Corporate Vision actualy becomes a reality it might be a nice place to work.

Cons

-You are paid either minimum wage or commission whichever is greater not base + commission -Too many "Old School" Sales Manager's/General Manager's -The Dealership is still very different from what the corporation wants it to be.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
