Pros

Good processes in place for stores to operate by, good tools and reporting for employees, Corporate really cares about customers and giving them a good experience.

Cons

Senior leadership (CEO and market execs) in the corporate office are detached from whats actually happening at the store level. If you're working in a store your results will vary depending on your GM and GSM. Corporate likes to play musical GM's a lot so that might change at any moment. Expect extremely high turn over in all stores and extremely low hiring standards and lack of resources for recruiting quality people. Benefits are poor... family health insurance is north of $500, poor 401k matching, no 401k for first year, little PTO offered.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
