Pros

Big company that keeps you busy most of the time. Boss allows side work after hours.

Cons

Better get used to doing a lot of side work because without it, good luck paying your bills. Management is always telling us how we keep on breaking records when it comes to repair up sales but wont reinvest any money into raises or the shop. We have plenty of old equipment that needs to be replaced and a couple roof leaks in the shop & break room but management does not care. Last thing I'll mention is the survey management had employees take. Management informed us of the results, which were fairly negative, and has done nothing but sweep the results under a rug.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
