Good pay, alright benefits, and small monthly bonus
Cons
Typical toxic call center that uses words like “family” to hide their high turnover rate. They love giving out more work without compensation. The whole “we hear you” campaign and their company values seem like a cruel joke. They ask for your feedback but won’t do anything with it. Feels like if you’re not close to the managers, or aren’t willing to kiss up to them, there’s not much room for advancement. Good stats don’t mean much if you’re not “team player”. There’s better jobs out there despite how good this one pays.
