Pros

I work at corporate and interact often with high level management. Everyone here seems to truly care about the employees and customers. I have worked for quite a few companies and the culture, comradery, and people has created a great work environment.

Cons

Pay can be a bit less than competitive.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
