they are a large corp. the largest in utah and have many locations in other states, also they continue to grow and expand not only here but nation wide. they are remodeling most older locations.

there a large corp. they show no interest in the care and safety for employees, although they claim to they only do what is required by law so they don't get sewed. they don't promote from with in the company like they claim,

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
