Best call center job - Call Center Agent Ken Garff Automotive Group Employee Review

Pros

The culture at Ken Garff is amazing. As a remote employee in a call center, I was not expecting much. However, Ken Garff takes every measure to make sure that each agent knows that they are an important part of the company, and it shows in their policies. The managers at Ken Garff are also amazing, and they obviously care individually for each employee.

Cons

As it is a call center job, the obvious cons are restrictions on bathroom breaks. You get two breaks a day (paid), and two 3 minute bathroom breaks a day as well. For some people that might not be enough.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
