Listening Agents work from home and work every other Saturday, closed Sundays. Training is fun and trainers make sure you are prepared and understand the system before taking calls. It's a great job to start a customer service experience managing multiple systems. Managers are available during your shift if any assistance is required and opportunity for growth is available. Over all it's fun and convenient!

No face to face interactions with co workers.
