The CEO & Regional VP's are fantastic leaders & the corporate marketing team is smart, creative & caring.

Cons

The employee culture can change from dealership to dealership some better than others depending on the leaders of each store. But overall corporate culture really values the employees who work for them.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
