Pros

The pros are that there is always something to do here to keep you busy.

Cons

We worked in a small, often dirty, office for the longest and then they finally moved us upstairs to a new office with more room and cleaner. The scheduling was never fair. You were only allowed to be off on the weekends if you have a child and its their birthday... I have no children... No raises... Plenty of drama to go around... Unfair management... And constantly changing the way things were done.

Ken Garff Automotive Group Response

Thanks for the response. You capture part of the challenge of the car business in your title. People buy cars after they are done at work and on weekends and holidays. Much like other retail and service industries, our "prime time" matches most peoples down time. We are continuously working with our managers to improve their skills. We believe they do an excellent job wrestling with challenges like equity and employee relations but accept that on occasion an employee may feel that we have missed the mark. A perfect effort can lead to a perfect result and that is our pursuit.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
