Pros

-Easy to get in if you want to get into the car industry

Cons

-Pay structure is questionable and probably not the most effective -Training is nonexistent -Was reprimanded on my 3rd day for not having sold a car while I was in “training” -Management is NOT AT ALL on the same page about anything and everything -Current employees will not help you as it’s seen as “training the competition” -Not a professional place AT ALL

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
