Pros

There are no pros to working for this company, it's old school car biz and they try to tell the employees something totally different.

Cons

They promised everyone would be kept when the bought our family owned dealership. Everyone was fired within 30 days. They say one thing and illustrate something totally different.

Ken Garff Automotive Group Response

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy about your experience. Ken Garff is a fast growing company. We believe our competitive advantage is our people and unleashing their talent is our goal. We have made several acquisitions over the past few years. We put a great deal of effort into keeping and finding employees who share our values and are willing to live up to our high standards. Occasionally, there are situations where there isn't great alignment between an employee and the company. We certainly understand and wish a person great luck if the relationship doesn't work out. To "clean house" creates unnecessary work and eliminates part of the value of a business (relationships and people). We are not interested in throwing away value. We approach every acquisition optimistic that we can keep the most important asset, the people and relationships they represent.

Pros

Ken Garff provides a good opportunity to get your foot in the door in customer service or a call center environment . If you have previous experience, the learning curve will be much shorter than other candidates. They provided structured training along with a nesting period. You will be assigned a team leader and a team, who will make you feel supported and hear. Overall, a good experience and there are many seasoned agents across the teams that will be able to answer your questions or assist you if you need it.

Cons

Insurance costs could be a bit pricey.
