Gain experience especially if you are in the field of mental health. The clients really appreciate us and you have a purpose when you come to work.

Cons

Low pay rate; high burn out rate. Responsibilities exceed the pay minimum and there is not enough staff appreciation or recognition.

Pros

This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

Cons

We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
