Pros

The work is basic Human Service field work. The management is competent and apply contingent ethical and responsible skills. The management holds their staff accountable to practicing current and ethical guide lines while working with clients. Training is annually mandatory. There are incentives and encouragement from management.

Cons

Working one on one can be lonely sometimes. There is not much social and team work/cooperative collaborative team work as a one on one direct support staff.

Pros

This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

Cons

We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
