One of the most recent changes is a focus on more of a leader-leader culture style that includes in-depth trainings with emphasis on readiness of management level employees to lead. This means teaching everyone the best tools on how to communicate with each other, handle tough situations, and navigate their jobs with confidence. Pros

This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

Cons

We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
